Your registration will not be complete until full prepayment for the conference fees have been received. In order to guarantee your attendance please ensure that you pay your conference fees immediately.

Delegate Fee Includes: access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda except Full Day tour which is additional.

Social Pass Fee Includes: Buffet Lunches and Coffee Breaks on conference days, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner.: Buffet Lunches and Coffee Breaks on conference days, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner. No access to one-on-one meetings.

Registration Cut-Off: Friday, 18 October 2026 at 17:00 hrs., Bangkok Time, GMT+7.

Cancellation Deadline: Friday, 18th September 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7)

Payment Deadline: Immediately after receipt of invoice. You can also use the Order Confirmation to make payment while waiting for an official invoice to be sent to you from our accounting department. Your conference registration will not be completed until payment has been received by WCAworld.

Note: Delegate fees and Social Pass fees do NOT include Special Events such as the full day city tour. Additional charges apply to Special Events

Cancellation Policy:

  • Failure to Cancel your conference registration within Friday, Friday, 18th September 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7) , will result in 100% cancellation fees.
  • 100% refund if cancelled within Friday, Friday, 18th September 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7)
  • To CANCEL your participation at any time, please send an email to conference@globalaffinityalliance.com

Payment:

  • An Invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration (within one working day) however you must make payment immediately by Credit Card or Partner Pay to secure your conference registration.
  • Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay are accepted.
  • You will not be officially registered or have access to the One-on-One Meetings Scheduler until payment has been received. We will not update your details on the Conference Attendee List until payment has been received.
