Ten years ago, this network began with a simple but ambitious idea: to bring together the youthful global leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the shipping and logistics sectors and create a forum where ideas could flow freely, connections could be made, and progress could be accelerated.

I am proud to see that what started as a modest gathering has grown into a truly international community.

This year, as we celebrate 10 years of success, we also look forward to the next chapter. The world of international shipping is changing rapidly—new technologies, regulatory frameworks, sustainability goals, and market dynamics are shaping our industry in unprecedented ways. Our work is far from over, and this anniversary is an opportunity to renew our commitment to innovation, cooperation, and forward-thinking leadership.  And as always, we encourage you to make the most of these connections. After all, it’s the relationships we build—across borders, industries, and sectors—that have the power to shape the future.
